Reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation you will forfeit you deposit unless we are able to rebook your space at which time we will refund all or part of your deposit.
In order to insure the highest level of comfort and safety, House Boats for Two subscribes to a no smoking policy aboard their boats, sorry there are no exceptions.

Rate Schedule
Rates range from $195.00 to $240.00 U.S.,
per night, double occupancy
$50.00 off second night with two night during a mid-week stay (See
Winter Rate Schedule
for other rates).
Any weekend reservation requires a minimum 2-nights.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.and check-out time is 11:30 a.m.
